Our Approach
One of the biggest issues in sports is gender inequality. Women's sports receive 4% of all sports media coverage, but do we even need a statistic to realize female athletes get barely a fraction of the privileges male athletes receive?
She Scores addresses these issues by providing female athletes with the spotlight they deserve. Through articles, videos, guest speaking and social media, She Scores builds an audience for professional women's sports leagues and world-class athletes in North America.
Our Story
Fed up with the lack of gender equality for females in sport, twenty-year old Jessa Braun decided to take matters into her own hands. It was in December 2017 that she was procrastinating an end-of-term paper and built the website dedicated to women's sports. Thanks to a growing team of volunteers and a passionate group of followers, She Scores continues to grow and reach new audiences every day.
